Privacy
The short version: we use what you send us to answer you, and we do not pass it on to anybody else.
What we collect
If you fill in the quote form on this website, we receive the details you typed into it: your name, your email address, and whatever else you chose to tell us about the project. If you call or email us, we have whatever is in that call or message. If you upload files, we receive the files.
That is the whole list. This website does not run advertising trackers, does not build a profile of you, and does not ask you to accept cookies, because it does not set any that would require your consent.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry and to produce the work you asked for. If you become a customer, we keep enough of a record to reprint your work later, which is usually what people want. Files supplied for reproduction are archived, with a redundant copy kept off-site, so that a future edition can be printed from the same master.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us for a quote.
- We do not use your artwork or photographs commercially without asking you first: not in our own advertising, not on this website, and not on social media.
Third parties we do rely on
Two parts of this site involve someone else:
- The upload page uses Hightail to receive files. Anything you upload there passes through their service on the way to us, under their terms.
- Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see the request your browser makes for the font files.
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which keeps standard server logs.
Copyright in your work
Sending us a file to print does not give us any rights in it. The copyright stays with you. We will not reproduce it for anyone else, and we will not display it as an example of our work unless you have agreed to that.
Asking us to delete something
Email info@mauidigitalimaging.com or call 808-661-9570 and ask. We will remove your details and your archived files, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date below will change with it.
